Love Conquers All a short story

I had to write a short story for literature class so here it is

Love Conquers All
Arielle Hanger is a 33 year old woman from Denver Colorado. When Arielle was 18 years old she met the love of her life in college in New York City his name was Vazol Lightbulb who was 22 at the time, he knew Arielle was the one as soon as he seen her walk in the classroom. They were both studying psychology but, Arielle always wanted to be a psychology teacher at a local college and Vazol wanted to be a social worker in the town he grew up in, because he was in the system most of his life after being taken into foster care because his parents where drug addicts. Although they both had different plans they were both willing to do whatever it took to be together . They both had steady jobs Vazol worked at a coffee shop and Arielle was a model at a nearby agency and she was doing very well,  sometimes she got little roles in commercials or movies. When Vazol graduated from college Arielle was only in her sophomore year of college but agreed to move with Vazol when he got a job in a nearby town. Arielle would go to audition after audition trying to get a major role but just couldn't nail it so she continued to do modeling whenever it was available. Vazol eventually proposed to Arielle after a great 3 year relationship and Arielle couldn't be happier. After a 6 month engagement they got married in an extravagant wedding, Arielle wore a beautiful white gown exactly how she imagined as a child, an Vazol wore a tux that he wore on his and Arielle's first date.
After being married for 6 months Arielle found out she was pregnant. Vazol and Arielle couldn't be happier. When Arielle and Vazol went to the doctors they found out they were having twins, both girls. They decided to name the children Galina Rae Lightbulb and Wanetta Lee Lightbulb. Even though Arielle was pregnant she still ended up finding work and staying in shape. Once Arielle delivered her twins in December Arielle didn't seem to connect to the twins she didn't want to feed them or change their diapers and she cried all the time. She would leave the children with Vazol and go to the gym at all hours of the day, she would even disappear for days on end finding any modeling job she could. Vazol started to worry about Arielle because it seemed like she had significant signs of Postpartum depression. No matter what Vazol did Arielle denied it and she kept blaming her being gone on the fact they have more mouths to feed. Vazol asked if she could take some time off from modeling to have some family time, reluctantly she agreed.
Arielle and Vazol spent a lot of time together with the kids and they finally got into a routine, Arielle was turning into a great mother, it looked like everything was turning for the good. As the year went on Arielle kept trying out for big roles and doing bigger modeling jobs that included a Victoria Secret shoot and modeling for top designers. Arielle's manager called one day and told her there was a try out for a new movie in which they were looking for beautiful models to play big parts in movies, Vazol encouraged Arielle to try out because he wanted her to be happy but inside he was hoping she wouldn't get the role. Arielle tried out for the role and when she came home she was so upset because she thought she did so bad on her audition. Vazol told her they would be stupid not to choose her because she's gorgeous and if she doesn't get it there are more auditions for her to try out for in the future. A week later Arielles manager called her telling her she got the role. Arielle knew Vazol really didn't want her to get the part because it meant that she would be gone for at least 3 months. Later that week Arielle and Vazol went to dinner just the two of them, Arielle didn't want Vazol to get mad but she knew this was her big break, and she already signed the contract without Vazol knowing and she was leaving the next week so it was either now or never. After dinner Arielle told Vazol that she got the job, he tried to act happy for her but deep inside he knew this would change their entire relationship and could devastate the children's view of their mother. Vazol didn't want the children to feel like their mother didn't love them because that’s how he felt when he was growing up he didn't want his little girls to be hurt. Arielle told him she already signed the contract and that she was leaving next week, this made Vazol very mad because he felt like she didn't even care what he had to say, and that she told him at the last minute.
The next week Arielle left without saying goodbye. Vazol tried to do the best he could without Arielle around and he tried to raise the twins so that they knew that just because their mother was gone that didn't mean she didn't love them, and that they would see her soon even if he didn't know if that was true. Over the first month of her gone he didn't hear from Arielle very often and when he did she sounded very distant and never asked about the children. Vazol wondered what he could do to make her feel better if he could do anything at all. Over the next three months of her gone her calls dwindled and eventually he couldn't get a hold of her at all. Vazol fell into a deep depression because Arielle was the love of his life and he felt selfish for not letting her live her dreams, he decided he would give her some time because she's probably really busy with the movie and he wanted to be as supportive as he could be.
Vazol was cleaning the dishes when he heard Galina say "mommy" he ran to where they were in the living room to see a preview for the movie she was in. It brought a tear to his eye to see his wife in such a great movie and she looked so beautiful, Vazol tried to call his wife to tell her it looked like a really good movie and that he couldn't wait for her to come home. Later that night Vazol got a call, he ran to the phone hoping it was Arielle calling him back he answered the phone "hello" but it wasn't Arielle's voice on the other end the man said " hi is this Vazol Lightbulb?" "Yes it is, who is this?" Vazol said sounding suspicious. The man said he was Dave Sanderson from the police department where Arielle had been shooting her movie. Instantly Vazol knew this wasn't going to be good news. Vazol asked "is everything ok?" Dave then stated "I'm sorry to inform you but it looks as if your wife has committed suicide and I'm sorry to tell you this over the phone but because she's a movie star we knew it would get to the news before we could come to you." Vazol was stunned he asked the man if he was sure she did this to herself, Dave stated that she left a note for Vazol and asked him if he wanted him to read it to him, reluctantly Vazol said "yes sir" while holding back tears he listened to the man. Dave read the letter to Vazol it said "Dear husband, you where the love of my life from the moment I met you, I know you love me dearly and I feel like I failed you as a wife and as the mother of your children, I don't know who I am anymore and I just can't live with the fact that I missed out on everything while our kids grew up. I hope you forgive me and I'm sorry I didn't give you the love you deserved. I love you." Vazol was so angry because he thought it was his fault that she felt this way. Vazol told Dave thank you and hung up the phone feeling devistated.
The movie Arielle was in before she died was released a couple months later and Vazol mustered up the strength to go see it, he was in awe at how beautiful she looked and how great that she did as the role that she played. He just wished that she could have seen how beautiful she was and how much he and the children loved her so much. After the movie was over Vazol realized he has to step up and be the best dad he can be for his kids.
When his kids got older they asked him about their mother, he told them the story and was very truthful. At the end of their conversation Vazol explained that he never fell out of love with their mommy and that Love conquers all.
